Fees
The fees for out-of-court dispute resolution can be either arranged individually or based on the legal code of the "Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG)". It is also possible to agree upon a certain fee per hour or a flat fee. The nature, complexity and possible duration of the mandate are decisive in this matter.
